Pixel Revolution Productions is an independent UK production company built around a close-knit team of filmmakers, producers and long-term creative collaborators.
For more than two decades, the team has developed and produced feature films, documentaries, animation and visually driven work rooted in real people, history and human experience.
Our approach combines writing, performance, production design, cinematography and editorial judgement with in-house visual effects and emerging technologies. The tools may change. The responsibility for taste, meaning and the final frame remains human.

The true story of Brendan “Paddy” Finucane — the Irish fighter ace who became one of the RAF’s youngest wing commanders and an enduring symbol of courage during the Second World War.
From a boyhood fascination with flight to the brutal skies over wartime Europe, the film follows Paddy, his family and the men who flew beside him. A story of youth, loyalty, sacrifice and the terrible cost of becoming a legend.

Ian & Dominic Higgins
Ian and Dominic are the company’s principal writers and directors. Their work spans feature drama, documentary and animation, with a recurring interest in overlooked lives, history and stories of moral courage.
Producer
Nigel Martin Davey
After training as an actor and producing his first projects in 2004, Nigel began a long-term collaboration with Ian and Dominic in 2011. He has produced the company’s major true-life dramas and documentaries, including All That Remains, 7 Days, The Shamrock Spitfire, Nagasaki and I Am Fleur.
Producer · Business Development
John A Dawson
John brings experience across business, entertainment, marketing and production. His background in national IT consultancy, television, theatre and music complements the team’s creative work with commercial judgement and practical management.
